Texas Appleseed hosts the annual Good Apple Dinner to honor an individual who has championed the rights of the underserved and worked for greater justice and our pro bono partners whose generous donation of time and talent makes our work possible.

2010 Good Apple Honorees

Texas Appleseed will honor William Powers Jr., President of The University of Texas at Austin, as the 2010 recipient of the J. Chrys Dougherty Good Apple Award -- and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP as this year's recipient of the Pro Bono Leadership Award.  This year's Good Apple Dinner will be held November 18, 2010, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin.
